Our sweet treats are available to candy lovers worldwide! However, we currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote areas due to logistical constraints. We primarily serve customers in North America, Europe, Australia, and other non-Asian regions.

6. Shipping Your Treats

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after shipping)
• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after shipping)

Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing. We’re not responsible for delays once packages are with shipping carriers.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We want every treat to bring a smile to your face! If something isn’t quite right:

• Return window: 15 days from delivery
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• American Snacks
• Australian Lollies
• American Drinks
• American Chocolate
• Any opened food items

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you exchange an item, we’ll cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
