We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

🍭 Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

  • Any opened food items (including American Cereals, American Snacks, Australian Lollies, etc.)
  • Personal or consumable goods (e.g., American Drinks, American Chocolate, etc.) once sealed is broken.

🔄 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, ship the item back to us at the address provided. Please use a trackable shipping method.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to exchange an item, we’ll cover the shipping cost for the replacement product.
